FROM THE SEA TO THE PLATE
The National Centre of the Nausicaa Sea at Boulogne-sur-Mer is proposing an original experience they've christened The Nourishing Sea. It is a new space that allows the public to follow a fish's path: from its unloading off the trawler at the docks, to the finished product on our plates, not forgetting to pass through all the phases in-between. As an added bonus, you get to see how a fish farm functions. On top of that, the new temporary exposition devoted to the ocean depths is enhanced by a 30-minute 3-D movie.
