BELLEWAERDE FOR THE CHILDREN
The Boomerang loopings are cool ; the 'free fall' of the Screaming Eagle leaves you asking for more ; and the highest waterslide in Europe The Niagara is phenomenal...Okay, but let's not forget the little ones who much prefer calmer attractions! Bellewaerde proves that it has them in mind with the inauguration of a 6th area whose name, Kidspark, says it all. After the Far-West, Mexico, the Jungle, India, and Canada it is to the land of children that the Belgian park has decided to take us. There are 7 new attractions at Kidspark. Samba Balloon is an airship carrousel and Butterfly has the kids climb onto flying butterflies.
A number of circuits allow the children to "drive" different vehicules: buses on Crazy Bus, trucks on Maxi-Driver, and a small train on Orient-Express (photo above).
For the more daring there's The Hopper, a tree with moving seats, and Parade, a miniature Ferris Wheel that allows them to see life from above.
